Mango Habanero Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the salsa. In a bowl, combine the mango, habanero pepper, red onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
