Ingredients
  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
