Korean Braised Short Ribs
Korean braised short ribs, or galbi jjim, are a classic dish that is both flavorful and comforting. The short ribs are marinated in a savory sauce made with soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. After marinating, the ribs are cooked slowly in a low oven until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. Serve the short ribs with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or kimchi.

  • Serving the short ribs with rice, vegetables, or kimchi provides a balanced meal that is both flavorful and satisfying.
