Ingredients
  • 6 rice paper wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water until softened.
  2. Place the wrapper on a damp kitchen towel.
  3. Top with shrimp, chicken, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro.
  4. Roll the wrapper up tightly, starting from the bottom.
  5. Cut in half and serve with dipping sauce.
