Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add the chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Add the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and mango to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  5. Remove the stir-fry from the air fryer and serve immediately.
