Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, tapioca flour, and egg.
  3. Mix well and form into 8 small balls.
  4. Place the balls in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
