Wildcat Wings with Buffalo Sauce and Celery
These wings are crispy, flavorful, and oh-so-saucy. The perfect appetizer for any party or get-together.
Wings, wings, wings! I love wings. Crispy, saucy, and full of flavor. I could eat them every day. But I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to make them. That's how these Wildcat Wings were born.
I started with a classic buffalo sauce. But then I added a little something extra: arrowroot flour and tapioca flour. This combination creates a super crispy coating that stands up to the saucy buffalo sauce.
The result is a wing that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The buffalo sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the celery sticks provide a cool and refreshing contrast.
These wings are sure to be a hit at your next party or get-together. So fire up the fryer and get ready to enjoy some seriously good wings!
