Juicy and flavorful bobcat burgers made with ground beef, onion, green and red bell peppers, and spices, served on a bed of crispy sweet potato fries. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
The bobcat burger was born out of a craving for a juicy, flavorful burger that could be made quickly and easily at home. After experimenting with different combinations of ingredients, I finally settled on this recipe, which uses ground beef, onion, green and red bell peppers, and spices. The burgers are cooked in an air fryer, which gives them a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. They are then served on a bed of crispy sweet potato fries. I like to use sweet potatoes for my fries because they are a healthier alternative to white potatoes, and they have a naturally sweet flavor that pairs well with the burgers.
