The Savory Porcupine Pizza was created by accident one night when I was trying to use up some leftover ingredients. I had some leftover pizza crust, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni. I threw it all together in the air fryer and hoped for the best. To my surprise, the pizza turned out amazing! The crust was crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was melted and bubbly. I have been making this pizza ever since, and it has become a family favorite.
