Ingredients
  • 1 pound rattlesnake meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rattlesnake meat, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the rattlesnake meat in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the rattlesnake meat is cooked through and crispy. Check every few minutes to ensure the meat is cooking evenly
  5. Remove from the air fryer and toss with the lemon juice and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately.
