Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Whisk together the coconut flour, eggs, almond milk, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the batter into a 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire pudding is golden brown and puffed up.
