Yearning Yeti Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Whisk together the coconut flour, eggs, almond milk, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire pudding is golden brown and puffed up.
