Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Smoked salmon
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • English muffins
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Poach the eggs in a pot of boiling water.
  2. Toast the English muffins.
  3. Place a slice of smoked salmon on each English muffin.
  4. Top with a poached egg.
  5. Spoon hollandaise sauce over the eggs.
  6. Garnish with chives and lemon juice.
  7. Serve immediately.
