Ingredients
  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Toppings of your choice (such as sour cream, avocado, or cilantro)
Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds per side, or until golden brown.
  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and cook until melted.
  5. Add the salsa and any other desired toppings.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and serve.
