Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the black olives and feta cheese and cook for another 2 minutes
Add the eggs crack
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until eggs are cooked to your liking
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
