Ingredients
  • 350g tahini

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with baking paper.
  2. In a medium pot, combine the tahini, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and turned a light caramel color.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and spread it out evenly.
  7. Leave to cool for at least 2 hours, or until completely cooled and set.
  8. Cut into squares or triangles and serve.
