Ingredients
phyllo dough sheets
orange blossom water
rose water
sugar
ground walnuts
cinnamon
butter
icing sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl mix orange blossom water, rose water, sugar and ground walnuts.
On a baking tray, spread some melted butter and place one sheet of phyllo.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with some of the nut mix.
Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo and nut mix. Finish with the remaining sheets of dough.
Score the baklava into diamond shapes.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
