Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, quinoa, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Mash the ingredients together until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
