These tacos are a delicious and easy way to get your daily dose of vegetables. The sweet potatoes add a touch of sweetness, while the black beans provide protein and fiber. The spices give the tacos a flavorful kick, and the tortillas provide a sturdy base for all of the ingredients. If you are looking for a healthy and satisfying meal, these tacos are a great option.
I first came up with the idea for these tacos when I was looking for a way to use up some leftover sweet potatoes. I had already made a batch of black beans, so I decided to combine the two ingredients and see what would happen. The result was a delicious and satisfying meal that I have been making ever since. I have since experimented with different spices and toppings, and I have found that the combination of chili powder, cumin, and paprika is the perfect balance of flavor. I also like to add a bit of serrano pepper for a touch of heat. You can serve these tacos with your favorite toppings, but I recommend shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
