Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Spaghetti Nero
Spaghetti nero, or black spaghetti, is a delicious and dramatic pasta dish that's perfect for a special occasion. Parmesan cheese and lemon juice add brightness and acidity, while olive oil helps to create a creamy sauce. This dish is sure to impress your guests and leave them asking for seconds.
The origins of spaghetti nero are shrouded in mystery, but it is thought to have originated in the coastal regions of Italy. Some say that it was first created by fishermen who used the ink from squid to color their pasta. Others believe that it was invented by a chef who was looking for a way to use up leftover squid ink. Whatever its origins, spaghetti nero has become a popular dish all over the world. In recent years, it has become increasingly popular to roast the garlic cloves before adding them to the sauce. This technique intensifies the flavor of the garlic and gives the sauce a more complex flavor profile.
