This is a simple yet satisfying pasta dish that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. The combination of salty black olives and briny capers adds a lot of flavor to the dish, and the fresh parsley and basil brighten it up. The red pepper flakes add a bit of spice, but you can adjust the amount to your own taste.
This recipe was inspired by a dish that I had at a restaurant in Italy. I was so impressed by the combination of flavors that I knew I had to recreate it at home. I've been making this dish for years now, and it's always a hit with my family and friends.
