Ingredients
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Top the crostini with prosciutto, olives, and goat cheese.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
