Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pitted olives
1/2 cup goat cheese
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top the crostini with prosciutto, olives, and goat cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
