Ingredients
  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onion, cilantro, panko breadcrumbs, almond flour, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumb coating is golden brown.
