Vegan Peppermint Hot Chocolate with Whipped Coconut Cream
This vegan peppermint hot chocolate is the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter day. It's rich, creamy, and full of peppermint flavor. The whipped coconut cream on top is the perfect finishing touch.
I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit with my friends and family. I originally developed it as a way to use up some leftover peppermint extract, but it's become one of my favorite hot chocolate recipes. I love the way the peppermint flavor pairs with the rich chocolate. It's the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter day.
