Ingredients
1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped vegan bacon
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the crumbled tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and vegan bacon to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes more.
Stir in the nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes more, or until the tofu is heated through.
