Ingredients
- 1 large seedless watermelon, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup lime juice (from 3-4 limes)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
