Ingredients
1 pound (2 cups) fresh raspberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries, maple syrup, cornstarch, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
