Sautéed Brussel Sprouts with Chestnuts and Pancetta

Ingredients
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped pancetta
1/2 cup chopped chestnuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until caramelized and tender.
In a large skillet, cook pancetta over medium heat until browned.
Add chestnuts and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
Add brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
