Ingredients
1 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the acorn squash halves on the prepared baking sheet.
