Ingredients
  • 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  3. In a blender, combine almond milk, nutritional yeast, cashews, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Drain macaroni and add to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Pour the sauce over the macaroni and stir to combine.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the macaroni is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
