Why It Works
The combination of artichoke hearts, spinach, and ricotta cheese creates a creamy and flavorful filling.
The nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor to the filling without the use of dairy.
The vegan mozzarella cheese melts beautifully and browns on top, creating a delicious and visually appealing dish.
Baking the stuffed shells for 15-20 minutes ensures that the filling is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving the stuffed shells immediately allows you to enjoy them at their best, when the filling is hot and the cheese is still melted.
