Ingredients
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the tofu cubes to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and Sriracha.
