Chilli-Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños
A finger-licking appetizer you can indulge in guilt-free! These jalapeños are packed with delicious flavors and delightful textures.

Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a large bowl, combine the onion, bell peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the jalapeño halves with the stuffing.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and the jalapeños are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
