Ingredients
  • 1 pound arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine arrowroot powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
  6. Cut the dough into fries.
  7. Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
