Turmeric-Roasted Arrowroot Fries

Ingredients
- 1 pound arrowroot powder
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine arrowroot powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
- Cut the dough into fries.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
