Celery is one of those vegetables that often gets overlooked, but it's actually a very versatile ingredient. It can be used in salads, soups, stews, and even desserts. But one of my favorite ways to eat celery is wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven. This recipe is simple to make and always a hit with my guests. I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to use up some leftover celery. I had already made a batch of bacon-wrapped asparagus, and I thought, why not try the same thing with celery? I'm so glad I did, because these bacon-wrapped celery stalks are now one of my favorite appetizers. They're the perfect way to add a little flavor and flair to your next party or gathering.
