Ingredients
  • 6 bell peppers

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs.
  3. Cook the wild rice according to the package directions.
  4. Sauté the onion in olive oil until softened.
