Veggies Unleashed Stir-Fry
This stir-fry is a quick and easy way to get a healthy dose of vegetables. The broccoli and cauliflower add a nice crunch, while the zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, and avocado oil (or olive oil) provide a flavorful base. The dish can be served with a variety of side dishes, such as rice, quinoa, or noodles.
This recipe was inspired by a trip to a local farmers market. I was browsing the stalls, looking for some fresh vegetables to cook for dinner, when I came across a beautiful head of broccoli. I knew that I wanted to make a stir-fry, and the broccoli seemed like the perfect starting point.I added some cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, and bell peppers to the mix, and then tossed everything in a flavorful avocado oil (or olive oil) dressing. The result was a delicious and healthy stir-fry that I've been making ever since.

Why It Works
  • The high heat of the skillet or wok helps to quickly cook the vegetables, preventing them from becoming mushy.
  • The avocado oil (or olive oil) helps to add flavor and richness to the dish.
  • The salt and pepper help to season the vegetables and bring out their natural flavors.
  • The addition of a variety of vegetables provides a range of flavors and textures to the dish.
