Ingredients
1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced
0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Toss radishes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, turmeric, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl until well combined.
Let the mixture marinate for at least 10 minutes, or longer for more intense flavor.
Spread marinated radishes on a baking sheet and roast in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
