Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Combine dried Sencha, Spearmint, and Chamomile in a teapot.
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a cup.
  4. Stir in honey and lemon juice and enjoy!
  5. If using fresh herbs, double the amount and steep for 10 minutes.
