Ingredients
  • 3 cups yarrow leaves, lightly packed, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups spearmint leaves, lightly packed, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup nettle leaves, lightly packed
  • 1 cup lemon balm leaves, lightly packed, coarsely chopped (with flower tops)
  • 1/2 cup red clover flowers
  • 1/2 cup peppermint leaves, lightly packed, coarsely chopped
  • 3 quarts water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add herbs. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until you have reduced the liquid by half.
  4. Strain and enjoy!
  5. Add honey if desired.
