Vitaglow Elixir
This Vitaglow Elixir is a refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with leafy greens, fruits, and healthy fats. It's a great way to start your day or refuel after a workout.
I've always been a fan of green smoothies, but I wanted to create a recipe that was even more flavorful and nutritious. I started experimenting with different ingredients and eventually came up with this Vitaglow Elixir. It's now one of my favorite ways to get my daily dose of fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup leafy greens (such as spinach, kale, or romaine lettuce)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
  3. Garnish with a few chia seeds or a slice of pineapple if desired.
  4. For a thicker smoothie, add more almond butter or chia seeds.
  5. For a sweeter smoothie, add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
  6. For a more refreshing smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
  7. This smoothie is also a great way to use up leftover greens and fruit.
