Natto nuggets are a delicious and nutritious vegan and gluten-free snack or appetizer. They're made with natto, a fermented soybean dish, and almond flour, and are baked until golden brown.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup natto
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
