Ingredients
  • 1 package tempeh, sliced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place the tempeh slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Pour the marinade over the tempeh and turn to coat.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tempeh is golden brown and crispy.
