This refreshing and tangy hibiscus jun tea is a delightful blend of floral and fruity flavors. It's made with a combination of dried hibiscus flowers, green tea leaves, and raw honey, and fermented with a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). The result is a slightly effervescent, slightly sweet tea that's perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.
Jun tea is a type of fermented tea that has been around for centuries. It is believed to have originated in China, and it was traditionally made with green tea, honey, and a SCOBY. Jun tea is similar to kombucha, but it is made with green tea instead of black tea, and it has a slightly different flavor profile. Hibiscus flowers are a beautiful and flavorful addition to jun tea. They add a floral aroma and a tart flavor that perfectly complements the green tea and honey. Making hibiscus jun tea is a simple process, and it only takes a few days. Once the tea is fermented, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Why It Works
The combination of hibiscus flowers, green tea, and honey creates a unique and flavorful tea.
The fermentation process gives the tea a slight effervescence and a tart flavor.
The SCOBY helps to break down the sugars in the tea, making it a healthier and more digestible beverage.
