Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup micro broccoli
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a blender, combine the almond milk, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, and flaxseed. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the micro broccoli, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
