Ingredients
  • 1 pound radishes, thinly sliced

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
  1. Place the radishes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the radishes, radish sprouts, carrots, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush the tortillas with oil and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
