Peashoot Pesto Breadsticks are a delicious and healthy snack or appetizer. They're made with almond flour, peashoots, olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, and water. The breadsticks are soft and chewy on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside. They're perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce or soup.
I first came up with the idea for Peashoot Pesto Breadsticks when I was looking for a way to use up some leftover peashoots. I had never cooked with peashoots before, but I knew that they were a healthy and nutritious green. I decided to try adding them to a breadstick recipe, and the results were amazing! The peashoots gave the breadsticks a delicious, earthy flavor, and they also made them a beautiful green color.
