1 delicata squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place the squash halves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the oregano, thyme, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the squash.
