1 bunch bok choy, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush the bok choy with olive oil and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
