  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1 cup carrots, finely shredded

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
