Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beeswax
  • 1/4 cup dried wild greens (such as dandelion, nettle, or chickweed)
  • 1/4 cup dried comfrey root
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil (optional)
  • 5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the olive oil, coconut oil, and beeswax together.
  2. Stir in the dried wild greens and comfrey root.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the lavender and rosemary essential oils, if desired.
  5. Pour the salve into a jar or container and let it cool completely.
  6. Apply the salve to clean, dry skin as needed.
